Can I add items to my order?

We can absolutely try! Please shoot us an email at [email protected]. If it is within 24 hours of placing your order, we will add the items to your original shipment so that you will not have to pay for additional shipping. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed, we won't be able to make any changes and you will need to place a new order.

 

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, if your order has not shipped out yet. Just email us at [email protected] and we'll help you out. However, if your order has already shipped, we won't be able to speed up or slow down the shipment.

 

How do I use a promo/coupon code?

When you checkout, under your items there is a text box that reads “Gift card or discount code”. This is where you enter your code. Always enter the code as you see it and double-check before moving forward. Next, you will click the grey “Apply” button to the right of the box. This will check your code and apply the discount to your order. Our coupon codes cannot be stacked on top of one another, only one coupon can be used per order. Promotions only apply to orders placed during the time of active promotion, not orders placed before or after the promotion.

 

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly by logging into your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, please pay with PayPal accepted credit cards. The accepted credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, etc.

 

How Expensive is the Shipping?

Colorsmap supports two shipping ways, standard shipping and express shipping. The cost of shipping depends on the location.

 

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?

Orders typically process within 1-3 days (Monday-Friday) and transit time depends on your country.
